Holly Lodge and Little Orchard is a stunning, newly converted holiday home situated in its own grounds in the rolling Kent countryside. Some of the original structure of this former WW2 canteen building has been incorporated into this loving restoration. It is beautifully decorated throughout to a very high standard. It has two living room areas and two kitchens as it can be let as separate entities however on booking,com, it can only be rented as a three bedroom house. It has wonderfully large gardens and a luxurious hot tub under a gazebo strewn with pretty festoon lights. It is spacious, stylish and contemporary but also feels homely and relaxing. The Holly Lodge part of the building is all on one floor and as you go through the interconnecting door way to Little Orchard, there is a short staircase up to the bedroom on the contemporary glass mezzanine level. The property has glazed ends on either side so the light floods through and the bi-fold doors open onto two large and comfortable terraces. Dogs are welcome to enjoy the gardens and country walks. There are also two dog showers attached to the outside of the building to deal with muddy paws! Holly Lodge and Little Orchard is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Situated on the edge of Milstead village, within an area of outstanding natural beauty, it offers visitors seclusion, tranquility and comfort. The property has its own gardens overlooking an apple orchard which is adjacent to rural footpaths and close to cycle routes. The gardens come complete with comfortable outside furniture for dining and relaxing. There is also a wonderful hot tub in which to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. The nearest station is situated in Sittingbourne (15 minute car drive) with the train journey to London being approximately 50 minutes. We are also close to the historic city of Canterbury and to the stunning Leeds Castle which hosts many fabulous events. Whitstable is also a short drive away which has great restaurants and a pretty beach for a long stroll after a good lunch! The local towns of Sittingbourne and Faversham offer many pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas and gift shops. Faversham hosts a great street market on Fridays and Saturdays and has many pubs and cafes to enjoy. There is a guests' handbook in the property which holds many ideas for trips out and good places to eat.
