Spacious first floor flat in great location; Comfy bed, pillows and bedding; plenty of storage spaces for clothes; full length mirror in the bedroom. Good water pressure in the shower (not always the case in Norwich!). Also has a separate bath (but did not have a bath). Nice towels. Full kitchen, with coffee/tea biscuits, with even a washing machine! Despite other reviews, the property does have an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing up liquid/sponge and fan. I arrived in the middle of a heat wave, expecting a hot apartment (no airco) but on arrival the property was aired well and pleasant to be in and did not need the fan. Free parking. Quiet area, the pub next door was not noisy and closes at traditional times. Great location, walking distance to city, buses to uni/research park nearby.

A cosy one bedroom first floor flat with non restricted on street parking available. The property is double glazed throughout and provides gas central heating. Free wifi is available.There is a shower and bath. The property is furnished to an excellent standard with smart tv, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and microwave. Also provided is cutlery and crockery.
There is close amenities within walking distance. If you come down St Philips rd towards Dereham rd and turn right there is a Tesco express by the traffic lights. Further down Dereham rd is takeaway shops. There are cafes located within close proximity. The city centre is a short 15 minute walk from the property where there are shopping centres and high street stores. Belle vue pub next door Fish and chip shop left down Stafford street. Non restricted on street parking
