The two barns together was a brilliant combination for us and it was great being just on the edge of the pretty town of Frome. The views from the garden are amazing and it must be even more glorious on a summers evening. Indoors was immaculate and well equipped with some lovely quirky touches.

Stunning renovation just completed. Two separate barns next to each other, available to rent as a whole, perfect for the post-pandemic era. Sleeps 8 in total. One cottage is more child-focused and the other is more adult-focused, so it is great for multi-generational bookings, get the whole family together safely! On the edge of Frome with country views, but walkable into town, best of both worlds! Enjoy a wealth of features, including 2 wood burners, 2 kitchens, a brass bath and ample lounging space. Breakfast hamper left in barns for you to enjoy at your leisure. The barn is split into two, with two separate entrances so both are segregated. Each dwelling is 800 sq ft, so the total space between them is 1600 sq ft, all on one floor. Each dwelling is pretty much identical apart from a few fittings here and there, both have 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 each, 8 total. 2 Gas BBQ's Enjoy 2 x Marshall Acton II bluetooth speakers, 2 TVs, both with NOW TV, Prime, Netflix and Disney +, fully eqipt kitchen, a brass bath, board games, 2 x whisey stations, kids toys (0-5yrs), lots of outdoor seating across both gardens with ample seating and table space. Absolutely no stags or hens
We live next door so are on hand should you need anything Please note that the barn complex forms part of an even larger complex of buildings, including two neighbours and ourselves, the hosts, who are 50 yards away. The barn is not visible from the road when you enter, you have to come up the drive of the main house. Additionally, you can see and hear the road from the garden, its usually pretty quiet but 8am/5pm can be more noticeable. Please note re the brass bath, we provide Brass friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and Bramley bubble bath. Please do not use your own products as they might erode the lacquer and discolour it, thanks. Pets stay on these premises.

Wide sweeping panoramas and long walks along the river Frome, surrounding fields or woodlands, mean you can spend days here absorbing the natural beauty around you and enjoying outdoor adventures. The creative and vibrant town of Frome, with its amenities, is walkable (12 mins). These cottages are supremely comfy and spacious with a breakfast basket included.
