    A lovely big house, nicely decorated. All 3 bedrooms on the first floor are en-suite and the 2 bedrooms on the top floor share a bathroom. Plenty of space for a group of people without feeling crowded.

Stunning detached home offers spacious accommodation set over 3 floors; the perfect destination for a large get-together with family or friends. Sleeps 13 comfortably, with luxury fittings and finishes throughout to provide a true home-from-home. Located on a quiet residential estate, Upton Grange is only a 10-minute drive from the beautiful Roman city of Chester, particularly well situated for Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks Designer Shopping Outlet, as well as direct access to North Wales. The entrance hall leads into a large open plan kitchen diner, a wonderfully social space with a large oak dining table offering the perfect setting to get together and enjoy those special occasions. Double doors lead into a fully enclosed garden with outdoor seating and a fire pit. A beautifully styled lounge is the perfect place to curl up and relax after a day's sightseeing, with a ground-floor cloakroom and a single bedroom doubling as a study. Three large bedrooms with ensuites occupy the first floor, the master bedroom also boasts a walk-through dressing area. A family shower room serves the two large bedrooms on the top floor, where there is also a bright landing workspace.

Located on a quiet residential estate, Upton Grange is only a 10-minute drive from the wonderful Roman city of Chester, particularly well located for Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks Designer Shopping Outlet, as well as direct access to North Wales. A pub/restaurant is only a 5 minute walk, with a choice of supermarkets, takeaways and other local amenities all under a mile from the house. A park and ride is also only a 5 minute drive.
