Whilst taking good care of guests this means that our clients can relax in knowing their property is being looked after by an expert team in hospitality. Managing over 130 holiday rentals in the city centre we have our own housekeeping team keeping apartments immaculate.

Uniquely decorated, cosy and modern 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Liverpool. Being so central makes it perfect for both leisure and business travellers - minutes walk to the shopping and business districts! The open living/kitchen area is bright and spacious ideal for relaxing in front of the TV or enjoying your favourite meal at the large dining table. The apartment also has a huge private balcony which with stunning city views! Please note: The guitars are no longer in this apartment and we have installed curtains in the bedroom since the professional photography. Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.
