This is a Georgian traditional building consisting of one bedroom apartments situated in Wavertree/Edge Hill on Marmaduke Street within walking distance of City Centre/Universities/Royal Hospital. This flat is very impressive and presented to a high standard. Fully furnished, spacious and has one good sized bedroom, fully fitted kitchen with Microwave, Toaster and Kettle, hob, oven, fridge, freezer. Wooden floors, leather sofas. Bath/shower room. 10 minutes walk to the City Centre. • Delightful standard of décor • Double glazed • Gas central heating • Close to all local amenities • Excellent public transport links • Excellent location Anfield only 20 mins away on bus 27 (bus stop 6 mins walk from Property).

Located only just over a mile from the city centre, this is a cosy accommodation in the Wavertree area of Liverpool.
