The apartment was cosy, clean, well equipped and family friendly. My daughters and my mother liked the motion sensor lights on the hallway especially at night. The apartment also had many board games. We enjoyed playing monopoly in the evening. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. We will come back again to explore somerset.

This property was really close to our family - easy to get to and the property itself was spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern and there was attention to detail. The facilities were great - washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board, hair dryer as well as a coffee machine - which we werent expecting

The living space is very well thought out, perfect for two couples or a family get together. The kitchen has everything you could need, with a lovely bonus of having coffee, tea and sugar, just enough for that first cuppa, before you pick up your own supplies, which is very much appreciated. The provision of dish soap, hand soap and tea towels is also, really appreciated. A complete surprise but very nice surprise is the lights that turn on at knee level on a motion sensor, which makes late night bathroom visits less disturbing to all. There was also hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, with a nice shower and the bonus of a washing machine. The whole place was immaculately clean, with excellent instructions for everything that you needed and great recommends for taxis and local food. Chris, the host, even helped us organise for an additional nights stay, with exceptional ease and great customer service (thank you!)

The property was perfectly equipped for a short break with my family. The property was perfect for my toddler as there were no stairs, and the opened plan area was perfect for her to play and us to cook and relax in. The property was in a great location for us to go and visit the nearby Christmas markets in Bath, but also to visit family who lived just 10 minutes away. Chris and Deb were great hosts. Everything was great. Chris and Deb have great attention for detail, and the small things, like coffee and tea, were lovely. Thank you both so much for a lovely stay in your property.

We picked this for location, & parking space. It was a base for visiting UK Proms in the park at Bath Race Course. Very good modern space. I would recommend this as a two bedroom apartment.

It was easy to find and had parking out front. The flat was clean and bright and spacious. Loved the little lights that were motion activated to show you the way to the loo at night. It was quiet and the location was great for getting around. Also could walk to the Avon Valley Steam Railway. All the local pubs were closed on the Sunday night and close by found The White Harte at Warmley. Absolutely fantastic food. Met Chris and Deb, the owners, and they were very friendly.
