A spacious 3 bedroom home in Cheltenham close to Cheltenham town centre on a quiet 'dead end' road. On the ground floor a hallway leads and to an open plan fully equipped kitchen / diner with a dining table for up to 6 guests. The kitchen has patio doors leading to a private courtyard garden. There is also a downstairs WC. On the first floor is the lounge with Smart TV and sitting for up to 4 guests, 1 double bedroom and the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Heading up again the second floor has bedroom 2 and the Master Suite which has a private balcony and en suite shower. There is an allocated parking space directly outside the front of the house which is not suitable for large cars or vans - complimentary residents parking permits for the local area can be offered for these vehicles. For guests with more than 1 car permits for local street parking can be purchased. Other Details to Note: The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other kitchen cooking oils, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you. There will be some basic cleaning supplies under the sink along with dishwasher tablets. We also supply all linen for all beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with a selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel. We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights.
