Set in original Victorian architecture, this apartment has undergone a serious smart-home overhaul, with the latest technology in ecological climate control, security, lighting and entertainment systems integrated right into the building, all whilst preserving its original Victorian charm. It has an outstanding location, right in the heart of Bristol's fashionable and vibrant Gloucester Road, which is famous for its huge and eclectic choice of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The accommodation centres on a large and stylish open plan living space. It features a Juliet balcony and a fully equipped integrated kitchen and dining area, so you can stay in and cook or go out and enjoy all that Gloucester Road has to offer. Guests are also able to kick back for a movie night on the 65 inch 4K HDR smart TV, or dim the lights and relax with some music on the integrated whole-home music system. This beautiful space is perfectly equipped for family time, a romantic evening or relaxing after a long day at work.

The location of this apartment is perfect if you are looking to be on Gloucester Road, which one of the longest stretches of independent shops and restaurants in the UK. This part of Bristol is full of culture and art, and there is so much to do and enjoy in the area. The flat is about a 25 minute walk to the city centre. There is also a bus stop 3 minutes walk away from the flat, served by buses taking you directly into the city centre and out into North Bristol.
