In the heart of the city centre, this modern, bright apartment is furnished with everything you need for a much needed break to Liverpool - the perfect base for exploring the city or a cosy night in! This property is suitable for 8 guests and includes a contemporary living area, a full kitchen with an island and bar stools, two double bedrooms and two super comfy full mattress sofa beds - the perfect hub for basking in all that Liverpool has to offer. Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift it is currently out of order and does not work. This is a building management issue but please note we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay as we do not manage the whole building**
