We currently have 50 units in the city centre - mainly studio apartments but also a 2-bed and 3-bed apartment. We have been in the short-stay business for over 4 years but in property for the last 23 years! We pride ourselves by being able to offer a better alternative to the standard hotel and B&B - and delighting our guests who have come from all areas of the world - be in for leisure or business, or contractors or parents settling in their children at university.

New House located in a quiet residential street offers fully-furnished and stylish accommodation in the form of 12 recently-built, self-contained luxury studio apartments over 2 floors. All studios have a comfortable small double (4ft) ottoman bed with large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chest with lamp, desk and chair. A TV is provided for your enjoyment with Netflix and Prime Video included. The kitchenette comprises a posh white Corian worktop, ample storage units, 2-burner induction hob, undercounter integrated fridge freezer, integrated combi microwave, electric kettle. In addition, the kitchen area is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, pot and pans, condiments, cooking oil, kitchen roll, etc. so you will be able to enjoy making a simple meal or tucking into a takeaway whist watching a film. Alternatively, discover the story of Lady Godiva at the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum. When you feel like eating out there is an authentic Thai restaurant at Blue Orchid, and a highly-recommended Indian restaurant at Akbars - both on the same road as Victoria House. If you feel like culture why not treat yourself to tickets for a play at the nearby Albany or Belgrade Theatres.
