Hello and Welcome to Newbourne Terrace, we are a serviced accommodation business we specialise in affordable properties for short or long term stays. Our newly refurbished accommodation is situated in an ideal location to the city Centre. Enjoy the luxury of a home from home which are equally perfect for business travel or leisure stays. My name is Lorraine Langton and I manage this property to extremely high standards to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one.

This Highly decorated mid terrace property is within 10 mins of the City Centre close to Derby University and Derby County Football Club. It has two double bedrooms with wardrobes, draws and bedside tables with lamps, a family bathroom with shower to the first floor and downstairs W/C. Living room has 2 bed sofas with coffee table, flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen/Dining area comes with fridge freezer microwave and electric oven also equipped with a washing machine and dining table. An affordable stay for business travel or vacation with occupancy up to a maximum of 6 persons. The outside patio garden has a table and chairs for those warm nights in spring and summer to sit and enjoy a cool drink.
