Our Newly Refurbished House is located South of Norwich city center just off Hall Road down a quiet cul-de-sac, away from the noise of a city but within a 10-minute walk from the city center. Located within a short 2-minute walk from a co-op it has loads of amenities with a short walking distance. Within the property, you'll find a spacious living room and an open plan kitchen/dinner. Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms, super king, a twin room and double bed, all on offer. 3rd bedroom located through second bedroom. The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor. Minut Home Security device is on in the living room. House rules: - No Pets - No smoking (200 fee) - Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and checks out by 11 AM (Early check-in and late checkout may be available please contact us for more details) - No fires - No parties - 250 Fine - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - 200 fine - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking. - Unauthorised late check-out will incur a fee of 100 - Keys to be left in Lockbox on check out, failure to do so or loss of keys 150 fine As per our Terms and Conditions we require a damage deposit incase of ...
