Welcome to our home. Close to the centre of historic Cheltenham, we are in easy walking distance of all the major attractions and good public transport gives access to The Cotswold towns as well as Bath and Oxford. We provide free parking in our quiet side street and breakfasts are cooked to order with local ingredients served in our elegant Breakfast Room. We are pleased to advise on local restaurants and pubs and can provide maps for walkers and cyclists. We trust you will enjoy our home and look forward to meeting all our guests.
We have lived in Asia and collected souvenirs of our travels which we hope you will enjoy. The house has been completely renovated to a high standard and the bedrooms are colour themed with new beds and bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. Sue is a keen cook and Patrick loves cycling in the Cotswold hills when time allows. We enjoy hearing our guests stories from around the world and providing a quiet retreat from the bustling town.
Cheltenham is the most complete Regency town in the UK and is ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding beauty. Local festivals are held in the beautiful parks only 10 minutes walk away and the famous racecourse is within 2 miles. Cheltenham College is 5 minutes walk away and from March to October you can swim in the 1930's public heated outdoor pool just beyond the house. We are spoilt for choice with restaurants & pubs, parks, theatres & cinemas. You can visit Gustav Holst's house and explore Pittville Pump Room and boating lake or walk up Cleeve Hill on The Cotswold Way for great views of the surrounding area. Maps and walking guides are available. Stay extra days to explore nearby Bath, Oxford or Cirencester and Bristol and Birmingham which are both an hour away by train.
