Property info

Park View is a purpose built 2 bedroom maisonette with it's own front door set in a quiet residential area in Salfords, just north of Gatwick. It benefits from its own garden, plenty of available parking. Fully equipped and furnished with bedding and linen provided. The property has been recently refurbished and provides a clean, light and comfortable living space. The property has a double bedroom and a single bedroom. A common bathroom with bath and shower is situated just of the hallway. There is a good size lounge and dining area which feeds into the kitchen which is fully equipped including washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher! Ready for any master chef.

Neighborhood info

Park View is in an ideal setting with views across the fields and in a quiet residential area midway between Horley and Redhill and not too far from the lovely town of Reigate. Close by and within an easy walk are four restaurants and there are also some convenience shops close by as well as some take-away restaurants and cafes.
