The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious and is open plan with the sitting room and dining area. A large bi-fold door fully opens with views of the the meadow beyond! Retire to the comfortable sofas after dinner for a relaxing movie or just a catch up chat with your friends and family. Outside is a small patio area with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sundowner whilst you listen to the birds or why not have a picnic in the charming wild flower meadow, with plenty of space for children and dogs to play. Funtington is at the foot of the South Downs with its ample walking and cycling opportunities. It is located 5 miles from the famous Goodwood Motor Circuit.
