The house is a mid sized home with two bedrooms - a king and a twin room (with two single beds) which sleeps 4 people. There is space for a 5th person by prior arrangement as there is a comfortable sofa bed in the sitting room. Enter through the front door into the entrance hall. There is a downstairs loo on the right and the kitchen is on the left. Overlooking the front of the house, the kitchen is new with modern appliances including a gas hob, tall fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Smaller appliances include a toaster, kettle and microwave. The wooden dining table is close to the kitchen and breakfast bar and offers a pleasant area to sit and enjoy a relaxing meal with friends and family. The sitting room offers a larger three seater sofa and a smaller two-seater sofa. There is a large smart TV in the sitting room and you can use your own log in details to access the streaming channels. Through the sitting room, to the patio doors at the back, lead you into the well-tended, pretty enclosed garden. A well-planted boat planter, hanging baskets and small well-tended borders make this a pretty space to relax in. The king bedroom with a wall-mounted TV, overlooks the garden, and has a wardrobe and plenty of storage as well as a dressing table. The twin room at the front of the house has plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table. The family bathroom, off the spacious landing, is newly built and has a shower over the bath. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The house is perfectly situated for the beach, a short stroll to Brackleham and a longer walk to East & West Wittering Beach and East Head. Chichester is just a 15 minute drive away, with its shops, restaurants and theatre and Goodwood is easily accessible. There are great walks including the Medmerry Nature reserve and cycle tracks crossing the peninsula to the Harbour, Chichester itself and the South Downs. Billy's on The Beach is a seaside cafe and restaurant a five minute walk away, open from 9am daily - check the seasonal closing times. There is a local Co-Op in Bracklesham (0.3 miles - 5 minute walk away) or head to East Wittering (1.5 miles away) where you will find butchers, greengrocers, chemists, boutique and beach shops as well as cafes and restaurants. Local attractions The beaches, Medmerry and Pagham Nature Reserves, Chichester, the South Downs AONB and Goodwood events.
