The lodge is located in the village of Funtington with restaurants and pubs on its doorstep. Chichester is close by with its cathedral, shops and cafes, and it is perfectly located for Goodwood, world famous for its motor and horse racing events. This newly decorated barn is set over two floors and furnished to a high standard. Enter the property into the open plan kitchen and living room which is a beautiful room for dining and relaxing with views out to neighbouring gardens. On the ground floor is also a walk-in shower room. The large bedroom on the mezzanine floor is quirky with its beautiful beams, large windows and glass balustrade offering a bright and peaceful sleeping space. The bedroom has a high quality king sized bed to ensure a good night's sleep with hotel style linen and toiletries. Outside is a private sitting area perfect for enjoying a sun downer with views across the tended lawns and gardens of the host's property. The property is located in the beautiful downland village of Funtington. There are a choice of restaurants and pubs, all within walking distance. Funtington is at the foot of the South Downs with its ample walking and cycling opportunities. It is located 5 miles from the famous Goodwood Motor Circuit. It is a great location to explore the area of Chichester City itself as well as the wider Chichester Harbour with its beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering.
