Situated within walking distance of the city centre on the popular south west side of Norwich, close to the A11( Newmarket RD). this is a spacious top floor apartment, one of only 3 in a converted detatched victorian property which is set back from the road within its own grounds and providing off street private parking for 2 cars. The property has be recently renovated throughout. new double glazing has been fitted throughout.
