Newly renovated house. Guests have direct access from their private bedrooms to the ground floor open plan kitchen/diner, utility area with washer/ dryer and stylish bathroom and patio style garden with decked area. There are separate bathrooms on each floor and guests from 2 rooms share a bathroom. The ground floor Kitchen (pictured) and dining area is exclusively for guest use.
The property is situated within minutes walk to Croydon University Hospital and train station. Local town centre, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and gym all within walking distace.
