Thank you Sarah for buying sourdough bread to go with the breakfast ingredients you left us. It was an easy walk down to the harbourside from the apartment and it was great to have a couple of restaurants and a supermarket so close.

Spacious stylish 1 bedroom apartment renovated end of 2022 to a very high standard. A comfy king size bed and 2 sofabeds both with comfy mattress toppers. All bedding provided is luxurious egyptian cotton. Within 100 metres of the property are 3 highly recommended restaurants, a range of take aways & Tesco Express for everything needed during your stay. Within 3 minutes walk you will find North Street Southville a vibrant, busy day and night restaurant, pub/cafe bar economy with somewhere to suit everyone’s tastes also boasting a Theatre and Sunday market at the Tobacoo Factory and a Comedy Club at the Hen and Chicken. A great range of shops and all in an area famous for its street art. Ashton Gate Stadium and Bristol Harbourside are a 20 minute walk away and within 30 minutes the City Centre & Ashton Court Estate wiith 850 acres of parkland, activities and 2 great cafes, famous for its yearly balloon festival. The flat has high speed wifi, a dining area that can also be used as a work space, a fully equiped kitchen, private bathroom with shower and bath, smart tv, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer. A travel cot, childrens toys and a high chair are also available. Within a stones throw of the apartment there are regular buses to and from the Airport, City Centre and Harbourside. Voi electric scooters available very close by. On direct busroute to Temple Meads Train Station, Airport & City Centre. Ample free parking in surrounding roads or privately via parkopedia Not suitable for parties or gatherings, 24hr security on site.

You can walk in an approximate straight line to North Street Southville within 2/3 minutes where you will find a vibrant, busy day and night restaurant, pub/cafe bar economy with somewhere to suit everyone’s tastes. There is a theatre on North Street at the Tobacco Factory and a popular cafe bar and Sunday market at the same location within a 15 minute walk from the flat. Ashton Gate Stadium is a further 5 minute walk on North Street from the Tobacoo Factory and within a further 10 minute walk from the stadium you can reach Ashton Court, a country park and mansion with 850 acres of woodland and grassland and many activities and 2 cafes. The Comedy Club at the Hen and Chicken on North Street is also worth a visit. Within a stones throw of the apartment there are regular buses to and from the airport, city centre and harbourside. There are often Voi electric scooters available at the Airpoint entrance, outside Tesco’s or at other points very close by. The harbourside can be reached within a 20/25 minute walk from the apartment, including to the popular Wapping Wharf area with an abundance of restaurants and bars, Arnolfini International Art Centre, The Watershed Cinema and restaurant/bar, The SS Great Britain Ship and Museum, M Shed Bristol Museum, The Severn Shed and Mud Dock restaurants and Finzels Reach neighbourhood. The city centre is a 30 minute walk away. Temple Meads Train Station is 30 minute walk away and Parson Street & Bedminster Stations which are located on the Bristol to Exeter line is a 10 minute walk or a very quick bus ride away. Tesco’s Express is conveniently located very near to the West Street entrance and is well stocked with everything you should need during your stay. Within 50 metres.
