They are also in safe locations, many are located within beautiful settings, either overlooking parks or are on tree-lined streets.

Enter into a grand hallway off which all the downstairs rooms flow. Light streams into the spacious open plan lounge-diner through huge traditional sash windows. Stunning hardwood floors and elegant cornicing are perfectly complemented by bright teal sofas and unique furnishings. The sleek, modern kitchen with marble worktops is fully equipped and offers plenty of space to cook and prepare meals for friends and family. The large centre island plus a huge dining table ensures this living-dining area is perfect for socialising, whilst a rear door opens onto a decked area for outdoor dining. Tucked away at the back of the property on the ground floor, you’ll also find a double bedroom, next to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, there are a further three bedrooms, which have floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, offering plenty of storage space. The bedrooms are serviced by a modern family bathroom with a large shower and bath, plus a separate toilet for convenience.
