This is a great property, very clean and good quality furnishings, everything you need when you are away from home. Tastefully decorated, and parking on the driveway for at least one vehicle. A lovely quiet, residential area. And excellent value for money. The hosts were easily reachable, very friendly and helpful, and directions for check-in received in plenty of time. We will definitely book here again when working in this area again.

We are John and Jane company directors of Spires Accommodation. We specialise in serviced accommodation across the midlands with properties in Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote, Cannock, Lichfield and Stoke-on-Trent. Our aim is to offer guests comfort and amenities within slightly quirky surroundings and to always offer the best. We have taken our time over the design of each individual property and love the effect that we have created. Within these surroundings we bring industrial yet modern interiors and incorporate up cycling and hand finished furniture. Our colour schemes are right up to the minute and we aim to keep abreast of the latest designs. Together with our close knit team we aim to provide the very best in both customer service and a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Property info

Rumer Hill House , A favourite place to stay amongst travellers to the area. The property is a large, 3 bedroomed 1930's detached house. It is warm and comfortable with a small garden to the rear. The garden backs on to allotments and Rumer Hill Brook. A few minutes drive away is the town centre of Cannock with its lively night life and large selection of shops. Cannock is a market town, but still retains its theatre, railway station and bowling green. Rumer Hill House is just off the main A34 which goes to Stafford or Walsall and a short distance drive away s the A5 and access to the M6 and M54, for the North or West. For those who like a slower pace, Cannock Chase is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for an adventure with the family, cycling or walking and is within a few minutes of the house. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie.
