As a family run business we strive to give you that home from home feel. We live locally and are always available should you need us during your stay. We absolutely love the Lymington area and hope that you will too. The beautiful ocean views that stretch over to the Isle of Wight with the contrast of the New Forest National park on our doorstep, we are very lucky! What more could you want!

A great space to relax and unwind after a busy day! We’ve completely refurbished the cottage for 2018 with a mix of modern and rustic vintage furnishings with a mission to make our guests feel special. Open plan lounge and dining room – a great sociable space with comfy sofas and a chunky farmhouse dining table with seating for four. There’s an HD TV, free unlimited WiFi and Netflix. The New kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including gas hob, oven with grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer with water dispenser, kettle, toaster etc. We have a Nespresso coffee machine and supply a few pods to get you started. We love the midnight blue cupboards, brass handles, handmade metro tiles and oak floors. Master bedroom with two layout options – either a king sized bed or two single beds. We’ll lay out as king bed as standard but please let us know on booking if you’d prefer the single bed layout. Bedroom two is a cosy room with a double bed. Both bedrooms have extra deep pocket sprung mattresses with quality high thread count linen, wardrobes and chests of drawers. Sailmaker's Cottage provides the opportunity of staying in the heart of Lymington with all the conveniences of the historic High Street minutes away. Marina's, parks, coastal walks, a leisure centre and an open air swimming pool are also nearby. The location gives easy access to the beautiful towns, villages, wildlife and open forest of the New Forest National Park. A well known Street Market, thought to date back to the 13th Century, takes place every Saturday.
