The accommodation was kept amazingly clean for our arrival and the hospitality was great. It included everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea that the house offered as well.

A stunning first line property with the best beach location in Blundellsands - providing a luxurious but homely holiday setting. It is unique in having sea views from every room- you can watch the ships go by & Anthony Gormley's 'Another Place' while sitting in the lounge or garden! Located in Liverpool -famous for the Beatles, football, music scene, city of culture, Grand National. Extremely spacious and tastefully decorated open plan living areas (including bathroom) downstairs, and 3 large double bedrooms upstairs - each bedroom having their own high quality bathroom. Great attention to detail in all aspects of the house decor and comforts. Marble flooring throughout the entire ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, and all necessary appliances including washing machine/ dryer/cleaning/hoover/ironing board. On site parking for 2/3 cars and further parking on quiet road outside property. Extensive private garden fronting onto the sea - almost the size of a football pitch! Five minute walk to train station to Liverpool or Southport (15 minute train journey) and excellent motorway links to the Lake District, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Chester, Manchester.
We love travel and also love to welcome travellers to our lovely home. It is great to host guests both from the UK and across the globe and a pleasure to share our home with our guests. We like to see them enjoy our wonderful city and amazing coastline as much as we enjoy long walks and cycle rides along our beach and beyond - to Formby, Freshfield Nature Reserve and Southport. We aim to ensure that all our visitors have a memorable stay and try and to add special touches to our property that make our home stand out. It is wonderful to have had so many return guests over recent years who have found our property to be a home from home.
