Boutique Beach Holiday Lets is a small, family run company. A husband and wife team, we adore property and as well as managing properties for others, we also own an ever-expanding portfolio of local holiday let properties ourselves. Because we are both local landlord and local agent, we have the unique opportunity to unashamedly shout about the delights of The Witterings with visitors far and wide, knowing instinctively what it takes to make a perfect home from home stay. For us it’s not just about the aesthetics of the area, it’s also about the roots of the community. We have local art inside our properties, local treats in the welcome baskets. Southern is a delightful home beautifully furnished in a fresh coastal style and perfect for families and friends. The property is situated in the very heart of Bracklesham Bay and is less than 5 minutes' walk to the shops, cafes and beautiful beach. The house is situated on a quiet family estate and features an enclosed back garden plus driveway parking for two cars. The property features a large family kitchen with Lavazza pod machine, dishwasher and American fridge/freezer. To the rear you will find an open plan living/dining room with flatscreen TV, WI-Fi and French doors that open onto the enclosed garden. Southern features two beautiful guest rooms, one king-size bedroom and one twin room, all with super soft linen and fluffy towels. There is also a contemporary family bathroom with shower over bath and w/c. The property has a driveway with plenty of parking for two vehicles and additional, free, on street parking.

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone and depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep you eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk East along the beach towards the villages of East and West Wittering. In East Wittering village you will find hordes of trendy surf cafes, restaurants and local shops.
