We can host small teams from 2 people to larger teams up to 50 people (subject to availability.) We are currently the largest accommodation provider, specifically for businesses, in the Derby area, and we continue to expand our property portfolio to further enable us to accommodate your staff. It is a modern, centrally heated house and fully furnished. The house has recently been fully renovated. A kitchen lounge with full cooking facilities, dinning table and chairs. The house located to the South of the city centre, it is close to main bus routes; easy access to Asda (15 minutes’ walk) and some local shop facilities and pubs; 30 minutes walking distance to the City Centre or a 5 minute drive. 10 minutes’ drive to Raynesway, or 5 minutes’ drive to Moor/Sinfin Lane, for Rolls-Royce; similar travel time to Bombardier. There is easy access to the main routes i.e. A38, A52, A50 and to the M1 (Jnc25) if driving. Whether it’s for two nights, five nights or more, you will find everything you need to live in comfort, a home from home!
