This property is located a 4 minute walk away from Mcdonalds, Convenient shops nearby also. This location has a short drive to Queen Elizabeth hospital which will also take a few minutes to reach. For your children this area has many places to accommodate them for example Cadbury world and Rush Trampoline park.Directly outside the property we have our designated parking spot other vehicles can also park on the grove as-long as no driveways are blocked. If you are looking to travel to the NEC or Birmingham Airport it is a straight drive down the M42 which you can get on nearby from the location. Just a few minute walk is bus-stops for people using public transport and the nearest train station is 6miles from the property which is near bullring too.
The property is located in a private quiet grove with lovely neighbours. You will have alot of privacy and no noise to deal with, for those travelling for work and not wanting to deal with any noise.
