Last minute booking, I stay in multiple hotels each week and this was up there with some of the best. Room was great, the service also. Are in the bar which was very welcoming.

I was disappointed to see no wardrobes at all in the room. The kettle was not working (electrical short). The floor was dust and dirt. Parking was ample and located at a nice residential area. I had to wait more than 15 minutes without a staff at the reception to do my check out on 5th July from 10.04 am to 10.20 am. I was rushing for another meeting in another city that morning.

First time staying in a Holiday Inn. Very impressed with the service. We arrived in the evening and our booking with booking.com hadn’t shown as needing a family room even though we had booked one for 2 adults and a child. I was impressed how quickly Edwin sorted this out even though they were busy. Lovely quiet room with water, soft drinks/tea, coffee and snacks. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice and great if you have dietary requirements. Jordan was especially helpful.

Very stylish clean warm and comfortable accommodation. I travel a lot with work and this is by far the Best accommodation I have stayed in for a long time. I liked that it was a separate annex and felt private and quiet. Will definitely be booking again in the future if they have availability.
