We are a farm, on our own hill, in the heart of the Severn Vale in the heart of Gloucestershire in the heart of England. We are 15 minutes from the Gloucester M5 junction, 15 minutes from Cheltenham. We are without neighbours up an open orchard drive through a secure gated entrance. There are plenty of walks we can advise on, as we are minutes on foot from the Severn Way and its riverside pubs, and overlooking the Coombe Hill Canal reserve. Guests staying in Swallow Perch can enjoy the heating outdoor swimming pool, with sun deck and panoramic view, shared with other guests. • The Cobney Bar Serves a range of artisan beers, ciders, spirits, wines and juice. Swallow Perch is a rustic lodge standing in private space with stunning views, hot tub and seating, outdoor dining area and own loo. On our own small hill in the lush Severn Vale, we are equidistant between the Malverns and the Cotswolds. The Vale is a stunning area for any keen walkers or cyclists to explore. We are a 10 minute cross country walk to the Severn Way, running alongside the River Severn, strung with quaint riverside pubs. Turn left for Gloucester and its historic docks, or right for the historic market town of Tewkesbury (one hour walk). We are a 30 minute drive to the Malverns (from here you will see the sunset!) and a 25 minute drive to the highest point of the Cotswolds (from here you will see the sunrise!). We are a five minute walk to the Coombe Hill wetlands reserve. We are a two minute walk to the local pub! Your hosts are on hand to provide all the advice you want.
