Property info

Deceptively spacious house, fully renovated in May 2023. Upon entering the house into the large lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating you'll get a feel for how spacious this house is. The large 50" flat screen TV is great for chilling out and watching a movie or playing games. Moving to the dining area with enough seating for 6 people you'll be sure to enjoy a meal or play some games together. The large kitchen area is both fully fitted and equipped meaning you can prepare a full meal or a light snack. Off the kitchen is the downstairs shower room, containing shower, wc and sink. Up the stairs and the front bedroom is a double room with large flat screen smart TV and storage. There is a "Jack and Jill" bathroom between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. This type of bathroom means access is from both rooms. There are of course locks on both doors for privacy. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed and has a full size mezanine area above it containing 2 single beds, both bedrooms have storage and large flat screen smart TVs. Please note bedroom 3 is a mezanine and is accessed through bedroom 2.

Neighborhood info

Kensington is a very popular suburb of Liverpool as it's situated just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. It's close proximity to the University and the Royal and Clatterbridge hospital means it's perfect for a stay if your attending either of these. These lovely cobbled streets are steeped in history of days gone by.
