    Lovely accommodation attached to the back of the owners house on a private road with on street parking. Rooms and kitchen clean and well and appointed. Host met us on arrival and gave us a rundown of the property and facilities.

The Annex is brand new, light bright fresh & clean, modern, cosy, quiet quirky over 3 floors with narrow stairs . Perfect for business trip accommodation. Quiet location, free street parking at property, free high speed Wi-Fi, USB power points throughout . CCTV security cameras . Bedroom - fabulous king-size bed with cashmere natural fibres mattress, luxury 300 thread count linen, roman blind with black out lining, hairdryer, console table, hanging space, HD TV. Lounge - separate cosy lounge area (open plan to staircase) has a 2 seat sofa, HD TV. Bathroom - the attic bathroom has high quality sanitary-ware & fittings, toiletries, luxury white towels, shaver point, bespoke shower enclosure, quite tight on head room in shower if your over 6ft, highest point is 1.97m in the attic bathroom. Kitchen - well-equipped compact kitchen including integrated washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge/icebox, induction hob, Nespresso machine, crockery, pots & pans, glassware, toaster, iron & board. Tea coffee sugar and butter. Delightful dining area, flooded with light from the French doors + small outdoor area, lovely 3 piece dinning furniture. Candles are not permitted in The Annex. .
We live on site and are around all the time, for flexibility the key code box is a great option as not to delay or miss your check-in . You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking . We can store cycles for guests arriving by cycles... Enjoy your stay... Check in from 3pm Check out time 11am
The Annex is situated on a quiet private tree lined Road in the west of Carlisle approx 20 min walk to town centre or 5 min taxi approx four pounds, The train station and bus station are similar distance and cost in taxi. Pirelli 2 min drive Nestle Dalston 5 min drive, North Cumbria University Hospital 5 min drive Carr's, United Biscuits 4 min drive. Cumberland Infirmary 4 min drive St James Church is at the bottom of our Road, the local shops a short walk include coop, newsagents, takeaways, bingo, florist, wine store & Carlisle Crematorium is a few minutes walk. The annex is located at the top of our drive, free road parking right outside the property.
