The George Inn is a traditional English coaching inn set in 2 acres of beautiful grounds, on the banks of the River Wylye in Longbridge Deverill. It offers stunning views, freshly prepared food, a traditional oak-beamed bar, free WiFi and en suite accommodations. The George Inn provides comfortable accommodations, charmingly decorated to reflect the building’s traditional original style. There are 12 rooms with attached bathroom, all with TVs, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities. The traditional Smithy Bar is cozy and relaxing with oak-beamed panels, wooden furniture and a real log fire. The bar offers fine ales and an extensive wine list. The breakfast option includes a choice from the menu of cooked breakfasts plus a range of continental items and inclusive juice and hot beverages. Nearby attractions include Longleat Forest and the nearby safari park, as well as Stonehenge and the historic town of Warminster.
