Based on Poole Hill, the Smart Home office has a high street presence that appeals to passers-by who can walk in and be welcomed by staff who have extensive knowledge of the area. Many clients are visiting from abroad or relocating to the area so the team apply an all-inclusive approach and can advise on all things such as local schools and transport links. Smart Home Rentals always have the clients best interests at heart-after all without the landlords, tenants and holiday makers, there would be no business. Property info

The Kingfishers is situated in the lovely historical town of Christchurch. It is a few miles/short drive to many fantastic tourist attractions such as the New Forest, Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth Beach, Poole Quay, Sandbanks, Monkey World, Beaulieu and many more. The river Stour is at the end of the large, communal garden and guests have use of the shared outdoor, heated swimming pool. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is well appointed with all modern amenities. This holiday home includes complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note that the swimming pool is only open from June to early September, unless the weather is exceptionally nice in May or late September. Check in time is 15.00 and check out is 09.00am. We do not accept hen/stag or other celebratory parties. We don't accept anyone under 21 years old unless accompanied by an older adult.

Neighborhood info

Kingfishers is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. You are able to sit at the end of the garden and watch the river go by with it's lovely wildlife or you can fish off the end of the garden's jetty or simply chill by the swimming pool. Please note that the pool is only open from June to the beginning of September. Many guests bring their own kayak/canoe to launch from our private slipway, in order to explore the beautiful river Stour and Christchurch Harbour.
