A holiday home well suited to a couple who don't need a large fully equipped kitchen and are happy that the main bedroom is on the first floor and the bathroom/toilet on the ground floor. We liked all of it.

Orchard House is a wonderful cottage located on the grounds of the owner's home in Norfolk. The cottage has two bedrooms, one shower room, and is suitable to sleep up to three people. Inside you can find a kitchen, and a sitting area equipped with dining seating. At the front of the property there is a raised lawned area with ample seating for all. perfect for the summer. Orchard House is a delightful property for a small family or group of friends. Note: Restricted headroom on the landing due to sloping ceiling. Note: No infants or children under the age of 13 years. Note: No smoking at all on Sorry, no barbeques allowed
