We had the Lodge and Penthouse for 6 ppl (originally had the nook until a flood). The Lodge is bigger and was plenty room for 6 of use. The properties are spotless and fitted to a very high standard. Village was lovely, 2 pubs plenty tearooms 2 supermarkets a butchers fishmonger gift shops. The Italian was OK food lacked something and was very pricey. Chinese takeaway is absolutely delicious

Maison Parfaite is a family run business providing supremely luxurious holiday home and business accommodation around the beautiful and diverse county of Yorkshire. All our properties are dog friendly, and we have strong values about sustainability. Our toiletries are by H2K of Harrogate, which are organic, vegan, and paraben free. All have wonderfully luxurious linens, towels and robes. Some have welcome hosts who are on-hand for advice during your stay, others are self check-in apartments or houses with key safes or digital locking systems, and accessed via a code which is emailed the day before you arrive. Property info

The Nook at Nydsley Hall is a 3 bedroom basement apartment with a private entrance via your own private stone patio area complete with hot tub and outdoor seating for six guests. The apartment has a cosy, cottage feel due to the low ceilings and beams in some rooms. For this reason, it may not be suitable for particularly tall guests as some of the doorways are less than 6ft high. There are three double bedrooms (one kingsize, and two double) with supremely comfortable beds which have luxurious velvet winged bedheads, superior Egyptian cotton bedding, and a stylish combination of antique and contemporary furniture. One bedroom has an en-suite WC with toilet and hand basin (but no bath or shower). One of the double bedrooms has a separate dressing area with window, blind and a hanging rail for your clothes. The lounge is a good size with the original stone fireplace, a large smart TV with Netflix etc. and comfortable seating Please note: * This apartment does not have a full height shower due to the low ceiling height, and the design of the freestanding bath. The only shower is within the bath, and is the traditional hand held style. ** None of the double beds can be separated

Pateley Bridge is the perfect place for a base, offering plenty of accommodation, from small cottages to hotels as well as plenty of places to eat where you can experience local cuisine and delicacies. There are also numerous quaint local shops and tea rooms which are most welcoming to visitors and no visit to Pateley would be complete without a stop of at England’s Oldest Sweet Shop to stock up on your favourite traditional sweets from childhood. For those who are eager to find out about the history of the area and want a real feel of rural life, past and present then you can visit the Nidderdale Museum. Based in the Original Victorian workhouse, the museum houses a cobbler’s shop, school room and relics and artefacts, depicting the Yorkshire way of life. Getting out and about from Pateley Bridge, you can explore some of the more surreal and unusual landscapes the area is renowned for, such as Brimham Rocks, Stump Cross Caverns and How Stean Gorge, plus many, many more sights.
