Charming entire modern 1st floor apartment in central Cheltenham with spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area and a modern shower room. 2 double bedrooms with 4 single beds or 2 super kings (48hr notice required to make up). This apartment is ideal for professionals and workers and is professionally cleaned after each guest stay. The property is equipped with kitchen essentials, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and cooking utensils. A washing machine is also available free of charge. Relax in front of the digital flatscreen TV (bring your own Netflix/Prime account). There is good mobile signal for those wishing to keep in contact or use our free hi-speed Wifi. Limited free on-street parking, or use West End (Pay by Phone) Car Park, less than a minutes walk away (other options are available). On-street permit parking available for a daily charge subject to availability. Contact the host to request availability and to book. Access is by a key box of which the code will be shared approximately 24 hours before your stay.

The property is located on Cheltenham High Street just a few minutes walk from the Town Centre. The train station is approximately 15 minutes on foot and buses are just outside the property. The surrounding areas include restaurants, takeaways, a Tesco superstore and business centre/retail park. The centre of Cheltenham can be reached on foot within a few minutes. There is on-street parking outside the property which does not require a resident permit between the hours of 8pm and 8am. At the back of the property, on-street parking is free for two hours between 8am and 8pm, or use the West End public car park (Pay By Phone) not even a minutes walk away. There is also limited parking opposite with a 90 minute maximum stay. Alternatively, on-street permit parking is available for a daily charge subject to availability. Contact the host to request availability and to book. You will be provided with a key box code and check-in instructions approximately 24 hours before your stay.
