Walsingham House is an exceptional two bedroom end of terrace house with enclosed rear garden and free parking for two cars. It is situated directly beside its sister property, Walsingham Rest. The property comes complete with a fully equipped and newly fitted kitchen including all the mod-cons such as washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and dish washer. The lounge has comfy sofas a Smart TV with Sky that includes the full Sky Sports and BT Sports packages. Walsingham House is light and airy throughout and very well presented. The first floor has two double bedrooms and family bathroom. The family bathroom has a newly fully fitted suite with walk in shower. The property benefits from gas central heating, uPVC double glazing including doors. Private garden to the rear with a patio and garden furniture. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac tucked away on the edge of the development. Taverham is a popular suburb approximately 6 miles North West of Norwich city centre and offers a wide range of amenities and facilities making it popular with people of all ages. With country walks accessible by foot and good public transport links and access to all main road links.
