Great location. Once block from museums along the river in downtown and only several blocks from multiple dining establishments, shopping, activities, etc. Only a few block walk from train station as well.

We also provide packages you can add to your booking, to make your stay with us even better - just ask what we can do! Please note: Security Deposits of GBP 500 are required per apartment before check in. Security deposits are pre-authorised upon day of arrival and cover, but are not limited to, the following possible charges: loss of keys; cosmetic damage; smoking/vaping in room; noise pollution; drug misuse, including use of NOS canisters; guests over room capacity. Breaches of these terms and conditions may also lead to immediate eviction from the apartment.

Situated on Liverpool's famous Water Street is our stunning range of spacious apartments, housed in the iconic New Zealand House - ideal for groups, stag/hen parties, and all celebrations. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, modern shower and bathroom, and a range of two and three bedrooms with free WiFi throughout, and large flat screen smart TVs. We operate a self-service check in; all documentation (ID and registration) is to be completed via email, and security deposits are taken over the phone on the day of check in. Check in is from 3:30pm and check out at 11am. Operating hours are 8am-8pm Sunday to Thursday; 24 hour service Friday/Saturday. This property does not allow additional guests/visitors other than the guests stated on the booking. This property does not allow DJ equipment or speakers. Guests of any age are welcome; any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of their stay. PLEASE NOTE: Due to this property's prime city centre location, higher noise levels should be expected from the surrounding nightlife. Apartments located above Hooters Bar & Restaurant. Ideal apartments for Party Stays / Celebrations stays - not family stays.
