Great location by a lovely park and really convenient to walk to The Halls for the gig we were in town for. Coffee and milk provided was a big plus!

A centrally located, inviting, modern & secure studio apartment with private entrance & free parking. This cosy annex is less than 15 minute walk from the Molineux Stadium & Wolverhampton City centre, offering easy accessibility to local amenities including museums, art galleries, theatres, shopping centres, entertainment and nightlife The annex is opposite a beautiful Victorian park, with a variety of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets & convenience stores within a short walking distance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note the double-bed is a raised bed with storage underneath. Access on/off the bed is by 2 steps at either end of the bed, as per photographs, There are also foot- support steps built into the bed that can be used to get up/down. The second bed is a small single size fold out Z-bed, ideally for children. The annex can accommodate up to 3 guests with this additional fold-out z-bed. If you require the additional bed to be set up, please let us know before your arrival. For bookings of 2 or less, a 5 pound additional fee applies. For a booking of 3 guests this is already included in the price. The Annex does not have facilities infants or very small children. However, you are able to bring a travel cot etc. The EV charging station is not located on the property. It is a public EV charging point less than a 2 minute walk. Unfortunately we cannot accept 3rd party bookings.

The Annex is located in the West side of the City, opposite the historic West Park, which is a beautiful Victorian park, which is directly opposite the Annex. Molineux Football Stadium, the City Centre and Grand Theatre are all less than a mile away. There are pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets & convenience stores all within a short walking distance.
