We specialise in serviced accommodation across the midlands with properties in Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Codsall, Swadlincote, Cannock, Lichfield and Stoke-on-Trent. Our aim is to offer guests comfort and amenities within slightly quirky surroundings and to always offer the best. We have taken our time over the design of each individual property and love the effect that we have created. Within these surroundings we bring industrial yet modern interiors and incorporate up cycling and hand finished furniture. Our colour schemes are right up to the minute and we aim to keep abreast of the latest designs. A lovely spacious semi detached house in a quiet street close to the river Trent and Burton town centre. Medium sized kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for meals and fully equipped for cooking and eating. The lounge is large and contains plenty of seating and a large smart TV and there is also a downstairs utility room containing a washing machine. Upstairs you will find 3 good sized bedrooms. the master has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. The family sized bathroom features a 'p' shaped bath with an electric shower over. To the rear of the property is a large garden to enjoy a glass of something col, should the British weather allow. Parking is available on street in front of the property. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then ensure you receive your check in details before arrival. Please make sure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in. Strictly no charging of EVs is allowed and if discovered will implement immediate vacation of the property No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter the property unless permission has been granted Guests are requested to respect the hike in all fuel costs and the costs of running the property and not to have the heating on whilst the windows are open, leave the heating on when they are out, or leave the lights on. The property is for the use of the registered guests only and no visitors or additional guests are allowed in the property without prior approval Strictly no smoking Strictly no parties or events.
