A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ΙΚΕ, the property management company that is running this property. Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality. Awarded architectural office TsigarasDesign got inspired by the NYC lofts and created this 50m2 studio in the heart of Athens, next to Kolonaki square and all the historical cafés, the hot listed restaurants, and the most trendy famous brands’ and upcoming designers’ fashion stores. A stunning industrial space with exposed cement, black custom made creative interior decor elements, beautiful light design and the feel of living in a Metropolis.
