My name is Eirini and I am the Reservations Manager of Athenian Island Project. I was born and raised in the Athens city center and I know every nook and corner of the city; knowledge that I would be happy to share. Our minimal, contemporary apatments will make you feel like a true Athenian since you will spend your vacations where the heart of the city beats.

Athenian Island Project is an entire building designed to combine a deep urban vibe with the neighborhood feelling you get in the islands. The apartments are minimal, bold and full of character. They all feature a comfortable double bed, a fully eqquiped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. They are heated by autonomous gas heaters, hot water is available 24/7 and they all feature A/C units for cooling the apartment in hot days. We hold the highest cleaning standards and towels and linen are always provided. The apartments are at a two story building with a main entrance with a safety door. Each apartment has a safety door, too. The upper floors are accesible both via elevator and staircase. A focal point of the building is the terrace where all our guest have access and can enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink al fresco. In the apartment you will find all necessary equipment to prepare all meals (electric kettle, espresso and filter coffee maschines, toaster, kitchenware, flatware and dinnerware), as well as cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner. We have made sure that during your stay you will find anything needed to make you feel like home.

Gkazi was the first industrial zone of Athens. As the city expanded, factories moved further to the suburbs, but the buildings remained. Technopolis, the Benaki Museum, Pavlidis chocolate factory and the old OSE Depot, are all industrial buildings that were repurposed and offer a rich program of cultural shows, events and exhibitions. The area is ever changing, but steadily offers plenty of entertainment options, from clubs to polished restaurants and always emits a strong urban vibe.
