Property information

This is a private apartment and not a hotel. The heating in the apartment is central, not autonomous and can't be controlled by us. It's turned on between 17:30-21:00 pm (roughly estimate) if the temperature is 15+ degrees it won't start operating. The A/Cs don't offer heating. Please be aware that at the entrance of the building you will come across a few steps therefore guests with mobility issues might face difficulties. Our Athenian apartment is located next to the city center and the historical sites in one of the most hip areas of Athens, Pangrati. You can find cafés, restaurants, street food vendors, bars, supermarkets and stores withing a few minutes. No need to worry about noise though as the apartment itself is situated on a quiet street and a safe neighborhood. Our apartment consists of a comfortable living room with a small balcony, next to it you can find a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and all the necessary cutlery and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment has two bedrooms. We are not able to offer extra cleaning services no matter the duration of your stay.

Neighbourhood information

An old Athenian district turned into a meeting point for young and creative people. In recent years Pangrati has seen a blossom. Cafes,bars, restaurants, live stages, delis and artists' studios appeared. You can find delicious food, good drinks and great coffee and all very affordable. Enjoy your drink under the sun in one of the many squares of Pangrati or take a walk to the National Gardens You can easily get around with trolley buses no. 11, 4, 2 and bus no. 209. The historical center is also accessible on foot.
