The inside is properly arranged with a fully operational kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and 2 bedrooms, one of which has its own private bathroom. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and then some more. My name is Eirini Kalaitzaki, I am civil enginear and I work in the Region of Crete. I have two beautiful children 20 and 18 years old , girl and boy. I like the beauty environment in the place where I live, where I work and I did the same for the place that I rent to you. I like walking in the nature on our wild mountains but during the summer I prefer walking on the beach, swimming and other sports related the sea. I like watching movies on cinema with friends.

The surrounding area is on the sea front, very quiet and calm neighbourhood that is located on the north-east seafront of Chania and is called "Halepa". Just minutes from the house, only 150m from the house, there is a round small rocky beach that looks and feels like a swimming pool. Halepa has a rich history with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most "aristocratic" quarter of Chania. Just 5 minutes walking is the house of Eleftherios Venizelos (7 times prime minister of Greece at the begining of 20th century) which is a national monument. Next, is the palace of Prince George and beside is the French Academy now being part of the Technical University of Crete. Opposite is the very picturesque Russian-styled church of Agia Magdalini which just cannot be unnoticed. On the walking from the house to the old harbour or to the city center, that takes 25 minutes, you go accross the area "Tabakaria". Tabakaria is an industrial archeological monument where tanneries were located in the middle of 19th century and now the remnants are still there and some still work. Then you folow all along the main road by the sea with the amazing view of the venetian port.
