Located right on the beach of Kavros, on a plot covering 4.000 sq. m., Paralia Beachfront Residence consists of 3 independent buildings of a total surface of 500 sq. m., two of which contain the living areas, while the third one offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and barbecue facilities. The layout of the Villa is ideal for big families or groups of friends, as it offers absolute privacy to its guests, as well as independence when required, while everyone is close at the same time. The Villa can accommodate 10 people in its 5 bedrooms and up to 12 people if necessary. Furthermore, Paralia Beachfront Residence is conveniently located within walking distance from all daily amenities, such as restaurants, super markets and gift shops. The location is also a great base to explore both Chania and Rethymnon, as it is between the two cities. Last but not least, the main benefit of this beachfront Villa is the unobstructed sea views if offers from all angles, creating a unique summer feeling! The pool heating can be used with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it needs at least one week's advance notice. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge”, requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

The location of Paralia Beachfront Residence is amazing for unforgettable holidays! Paralia Beachfront Residence is located right on the long, sandy beach of Kavros, a seaside village 43 km east of Chania and 19.5 km west of Rethymno. The Villa offers direct access to the beach from the pool terrace, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Cretan sea, hot sun and blue sky. Kavros village is the closest living area, easily reached on foot, which is well organised and has all the necessary facilities such as shops, mini markets, pharmacies, tavernas, restaurants and bars. The area is also an ideal location to stay since it is located in the middle of Crete which making it easy to visit most of the sights of the island. Additionally Georgioupoli waterfront village is only 4.5 km from the villa which also offers all kind of shops, sandy beaches and a picturesque small church.Other attractive spots near the villa include Kournas Lake, which is 7.3 km away from the villa and is the only natural freshwater lake in Crete, as well as Argiroupoli village, only 10.5 km away, well-known for the small spring waterfalls and the amount of the great, traditional taverns under the big trees!
