Our studio is characterized by an aesthetic yet simple design that can fulfill the expectations of our potential bnb travelers. The rooftop studio is newly renovated offering a vast panoramic view over Athens and its distinctive monument of the ancient Greek splendor, the Parthenon. Get a sunbathe on the private terrace or finish your day with a glass of wine overlooking the city lights, and wake up in the morning to enjoy an energetic brunch before you start the sightseeing! The apartment consists of a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious shower as well as a useful working space is at your disposal during your stay. Of course, we do not omit a great advantage of our property, the ample terrace exclusively for the visitors. The building has a lift and is quiet & residential. The apartment is furnished & decorated in a modern easygoing style and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay!
Located conveniently in a quiet street part of the dynamic neighborhood in Neos Kosmos, you are only a few minutes walk away from restaurants and bars, healthy local snacks, and various stores. By taking Tram you go to the central square of "Nea Smyrni" district "Αγία Φωτεινή" stop -an ideal place with many stores- for the evening walk. The city center and the Acropolis are easily and quickly accessible by the metro (red line) that is 7 minutes' walk from the flat. Halfway to it is the tram station that will take you on a 20 minutes southbound trip to the coast of Alimos and further to the suburb of Glyfada and various beaches. On Saturdays, you can mingle in the local food market, where you can find the freshest local vegetable, fruits, cheese, and cold cuts. Free street parking around the apartment.
