Spacious room, complete amenities, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff, no other properties around which is great for us who just want to sleep in. The road to the property is under construction so you can't take your car in, but the staff will pick you up, or you can walk, it was nice to walk along the ricefield and it only takes 5 mins.

Nice, quiet peaceful location out in the middle of nowhere nestled within rice terraces. While the villa was far from the airport that's what makes it secluded. There's a few local restaurants you can walk to on foot if you want, but not a big selection. The resort food was nice so no need to go anywhere else if you don't want to. We rented a scooter from a nearby place we walked to. It was fun to drive around the local area because there wasn't much traffic which made it easier. We drove into Ubud some but turned around after a while because it's just too busy. Get up go out and walk around and enjoy the fresh air and friendly locals. The staff are great, I could write a whole paragraph about them. They were very accommodating and helpful :)

Fresh air, rice terraces, Balinese people are very friendly and courteous. Nature, vegatation, forest.. waterfalls and temples. My husband and I stayed at Aksari Ubud Resort & Spa … this place is my personal version of paradise. Staff were very cordial… they aim to please … the resort has great amenities and awesome infinity pools. Last time I came to Bali, I only stayed in Ubud.
Last time I came to Bali, I only stayed in Ubud. Tegalalang is only a short trip away, but it is so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Waterfalls, rice paddies, jungle, friendly locals and you really can experience Bali here. I have never felt more grateful, free and alive. Make sure to rent a moped to get the most out of it!

Far away enough from the city centre to be tranquil and relaxed with plenty of local activities such as the rice terrace and swings, close proximity to temples, waterfalls and volcano without the hustle and bustle of the centre.

Authentic rice fields, where rice is really grown, and on the other side unforgettable view from infinity pool to the valley and the jungle. Nearby, within walking distance, is the beautiful Pura Gunung Kawi temple, and several waterfalls. Other well-known temples are a few minutes away by car. Is in the middle of the rice fields and the view from the pool is very nice. From the small balcony as well. Toilet is open so even when having shower you can see the nature behind. I saw a firefly while having shower. You order breakfast the day before and they bring it to your balcony! Loved the banana pancakes! Much more quiet than ubud. Good location to reach tegallalang fields and tirta empul.

The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the valley and rice fields (some people might find the location a bit remote if they're planning to go out a lot, but if you want a relaxing stay it is perfect). The pool was lovely and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Scooters are available for rent, so you can easily visit Mount Batur or Central Ubud.
