Property info

We took over this property, formerly known as "Exclusive Bali Bungalows" in February 2020. In the past 18 months, we've spent the time bringing it to the beautiful tropical jungle which it should be and deserves to be. Many improvements have been made, including.... New air conditioners, new top quality mattresses, new artwork, new arrangement, full cleaning of garden with full time gardener. Massage and Yoga Bale, Play ground for children New spirit, new fun vibe and a team ready to take care of you. When you stay with us, we hope to hear that you don't want to leave!

Neighborhood info

At our place it is our aim to create a relaxing vibe. Rasasvada is surrounded by huge trees, palms, flowers and many beautiful animals. During the day countless butterflies fly around together with tropical birds. There is also a family of squirrels living in one of the trees and we have 3 dogs that are super sweet. Bingin Beach itself has a famous world class surf break. The wave is fast and shallow. Perfect for the more experienced surfers. However, during high tide beginners can easily access the wave as well, therefore the wave is suitable for everyone. At Bingin beach one can see Impossibles and Padang Padang on the left and Dreamland on the right. All great waves as well, but especially Padang Pading is famous for its competitions during the summer. It is a surfers paradise. In Bingin itself there are a lot of local bars, which can be buzzing and crowded towards the end of the week and during the weekends. There are many opportunities to meet fellow world travelers, surfers and expats.
