Property info

Welcome to a typical Venetian residence where you’ll find comfort and privacy. Here, you’ll stay in an exclusive house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the city’s roofs and the St Mark’s bell tower. This residence has private access to a tranquil area near St Mark square (canal front). The ground floor includes a service bathroom and a typical Venetian-style basement room with a dining table. On the first floor, you’ll find an airy living room with a TV and a fully furnished kitchen overlooking the canal, perfect for a short or extended stay. Moreover, this residence has three bedrooms: two single rooms with a French bed and a double bedroom where you can add an extra bed if needed. This floor also includes a spacious bathroom with blue mosaic tiles, a shower, and a washing and drying machine. The attic on the second floor leads you to the terrace where you can have an aperitivo or dine under Venice’s stars sitting around a nice table. The furniture, Venetian-style flooring, and wooden ceilings will make you dive into an elegant ambience. Moreover, you can enjoy a fast Wi-Fi network, a desk if you’re in Venice on a business trip, and air-conditioning in every room.

Neighborhood info

A 10-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Piazza San Marco – one of the world’s oldest and most famous squares – and Ponte Rialto, the oldest bridge across the canal and the beating heart of the shopping district. The apartment is also near typical shops, fish restaurants, and Venetian taverns, where you can relax and enjoy an aperitivo. If you need a supermarket, a pharmacy, or a bank, don’t worry, there are plenty of them in the area. One of the best aspects of this apartment is that you can easily reach it, as it is 5 minutes away from the Arsenale bus stop. And from the airport, you can take the Alilaguna boat, which will take you there directly.
